This notice explains how Quinn Capital Group handles the information you share through this website. What we collect is limited, and we use it only for the purposes described below.
What we collect
We collect only the information you choose to provide. The inquiry form on the Investors page prepares an email with your name, contact details, and the details you enter. If you write to us by email, we receive whatever you include in your message. Residents and investors we invite to our private portals also provide the information those portals need, such as lease, payment, and account records.
How we use it
We use your information solely to respond to you and to provide our services, including managing leases, rent payments, maintenance requests, and investor records, and evaluating inquiries. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
How information reaches us
Resident requests and messages are made inside the resident portal after signing in. Rent payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor; we never receive your bank login. The inquiry form on the Investors page does not transmit any information itself. It prepares an email that you review and send from your own account. If you choose Gmail or Outlook, the draft opens on that service.
Text messages
Residents and investors of Quinn Capital Group, LLC can choose to receive text messages about their lease, rent and payments, maintenance requests, documents to sign, and replies from our team. We text only people who agree: by checking the box that reads "I agree to receive text messages from Quinn Capital Group, LLC" when activating their portal account or in their account settings, or by telling our team directly. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also turn texts off in your portal account at any time. Texts are sent through our messaging provider, Twilio.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support@quinncapitalgrp.com.
This website
The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Form drafts are saved in your browser for the current tab only and are cleared when you finish or close the tab. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives standard technical information such as your IP address when the page loads.
